From 1 November 2020 onwards, a new and modern incident status page will be available.
What is a status page?
It is a communication tool that helps us inform you about outages and scheduled maintenances. You can subscribe to updates via email or text message should an incident occur.
How can I subscribe to these notifications?
- Go to the new status page and click on Subscribe to Updates.
2. Select your preferred notification channel: Email, SMS, Webhook, Slack or RSS.
3. Select the components used within your Ingenico account (PSPID) that you wish to get status notifications from.
You are now done! you will now receive automatic notifications on your chosen channel. You can update your notification subscription or unsubscribe at any moment by following the same procedure.
